Celebrating and advocating for LGBTQIA+ rights and visibility is an essential aspect of our work when promoting the values, interests, and international ambitions of our community.
We are proud to have hosted our .BE PROUD event to the Royal Vauxhall Tavern, with the support of RTBF, TV5MONDE Plus, and Diplomats for Equality. This collaboration enabled us to create a night that celebrated love, diversity, and pride, providing significant opportunities for growth and collaboration within our community.
This event brought together performers, professionals, and audiences, fostering new talents, and provided our local and international artists the opportunity to perform in a historic and renowned venue, allowing us to share our values and stories on a global scale. The performers and speakers brought crucial issues to the forefront, promoting acceptance and normalizing LGBTQIA+ experiences across the world.
The contributions of the fabulous Lola Lasagne and the incredible Athena Likis, whose unforgettable performances left us all in awe, were invaluable. Additionally, we are grateful to Caroline Taillet and Martin Landmeters for bringing their fantastic show, La Théorie du Y, to London and highlighting the important issues faced by the LGBTQIA+.
We are exceptionally proud of the success of this event and extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who participated and supported us. Together, we created a memorable evening that strengthened our community and furthered our mission for equality and love. Here's to many more events where we can come together, stand proud, and continue the fight for a more inclusive world!
